This award-winning lab features a modern Ventmaster ceiling system with fans and ducts hidden behind a stainless steel ceiling where grease and bacteria can’t build up.

This multifunctional culinary lab is customizable based on the needs of each class. Large ovens, industrial-sized woks, institutional-sized equipment (i.e. tilt fryer) for students to gain experience preparing food in bulk quantities.Additional features are large screens where demonstrations can be projected for easy viewing.

Students will find all the standard equipment and more, utilizing energy saving and environmentally friendly technology.
