Police Record Checks

To attend Placement and depending on your specific program’s Non-Medical Requirements, a student is asked to provide a Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check. All vulnerable sector and criminal record check screening must be completed through the police service where you live and not through a third party provider. A Vulnerable Sector Screening is intended for individuals seeking school placement opportunities with vulnerable persons. Each region has different application requirements; please ensure you have completed the application in the city in which you reside in. Police Services may experience a high volume of applications; therefore processing times may fluctuate and take up to 8-12 weeks to complete.
