Students in Humber's Fitness and Health Promotion diploma program provide personal training as part of their work-integrated learning. All appointments are conducted in Humber's state-of-the-art facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for students in the program, and the Humber community, producing a win-win scenario
Please Note: Clients interested in participating must be a Humber student, staff member, and/or faculty member as this training program is exclusively for the Humber community. The completion of student personal training sessions is a part of experiential learning in the Fitness and Health Promotion diploma program and ONLY available at the North Campus. Trainer availability depends on student course enrollment. Registration does not guarantee a trainer for the semester. Wait listed clients will be notified.
$75 due prior to participation. Clients must commit to a four-month semester.
Student Personal Training is offered each semester (Winter, Spring/Summer, and Fall) and requires a commitment to a four-month semester.
Connect with the Fitness and Health Promotion program Work Integrated Learning Officer to register. You will then be contacted regarding next steps.
Clients are assigned to Student Personal Trainers during week 3-4 of the semester to schedule initial consultations.
