Humber’s Hearing Clinic and Learning Space offers appointments to everyone – faculty, staff, students & members of the community. Students in Humber’s 2-year diploma Hearing Instrument Specialist program offer diagnostic hearing tests, consultations, and hearing aid cleaning services as part of their on-campus practicum in the third semester of the program. All appointments are conducted in Humber's state-of-the-art hearing clinic, under the supervision of Hearing Instrument professionals.
Clinic Fees: All Hearing Clinic services are free.
Parking at Humber: Paid parking available in Lots 6, 8, and 10. Rates posted at the parking lot, ranging from $4 to a maximum of $10.
Mondays and Tuesdays:
9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
1:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.
Humber’s Hearing Clinic and Learning Space offers hearing health assessments and hearing aid cleaning services. When booking a hearing health assessment, you will be seen by a student clinician and led through a battery of tests including case history, diagnostic hearing assessment in a soundproof booth, counselling on your hearing test results, and next step recommendations. All clients can be given a copy of their hearing test results upon request. If you are a current hearing aid user, you can book an appointment to have your hearing aids cleaned and functionally checked to ensure they are working optimally. Please note that we cannot replace the warranty or parts services offered by your current hearing healthcare provider.
