Offered During Fall Semester

Students in their third semester of Humber's Hearing Instrument Specialist program offer treatment as part of their work-integrated learning. All appointments are conducted in Humber's state-of-the-art hearing clinic.

Fees

Hearing Clinic services are free.

Appointments

The clinic is closed for Winter 2024. The clinic will resume operations in the 2024 Fall semester.

Free Hearing Health Checkups at Humber

Are you interested in the state of your hearing health? Book an appointment and you can:

  • Have free hearing tests and consultations, conducted by Humber’s third semester Hearing Instrument Specialist students
  • Ensure your hearing health is optimal

Hearing Test for Students in Trades

Humber students in the trades or entering a profession with high noise level exposure are eligible for:

  • A full diagnostic hearing assessment and discussion of results at no charge, completed by Humber’s skilled third semester Hearing Instrument Specialist students
  • Get a baseline hearing test and learn how to safeguard your hearing from potential noise damage in your future profession

Free Hearing Aid Services at Humber College

Anyone with hearing aids who is seeking professional care and advice can:

  • Access free hearing aid services, including cleaning, moisture removal, and functionality checks provided by Humber’s skilled third semester Hearing Instrument Specialist students
  • Extend the lifespan of hearing aids and ensure they are working optimally
