Are you interested in learning about ways to include more fruit and vegetables in your diet? Do you have questions about the newest fad diet or whether you should be more plant-based? Book an assessment with a Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Promotion student. Educated in the most up-to-date nutrition theory and practical skills these students can help you find an eating pattern that works best for you and your goals. When you sign up, you will receive an initial assessment that includes data collection and goal setting, and a follow up appointment to assess your goals and make any necessary changes.
