Bachelor of Health Sciences - Workplace Health & Wellness Capstone Presentation - Pharmasave Redesign

Fourth-year students from the Bachelor of Health Sciences – Workplace Health and Wellness program presented their capstone project to industry partner Pharmasave and a group of invited guests.

Pharmasave—a nationally recognized pharmacy brand with over 900 locations—challenged students to support the expanded scope of practice (SOP) for pharmacists in Ontario. In response, the students developed an evidence-informed business plan that addressed key challenges and opportunities within Pharmacy Care Clinics.

The presentation showcased innovative thinking, strategic insight, and a strong understanding of the evolving healthcare landscape. Students delivered a compelling vision for enhancing pharmacy services while prioritizing both patient care and provider well-being.

The audience was impressed by the professionalism and creativity of the pitch, which offered Pharmasave a forward-thinking approach to advancing its health and wellness initiatives.
