This course will provide students with the opportunity to assume the role of early childhood educator within a broad range of early learning and care environments, locally or internally. Students will further develop their knowledge and skills in leadership, research, communication, programming, advocacy, teamwork, social justice and reflective practice. Students will be working with various stakeholders groups with a focus on sustaining responsive relationships and building community capacity.
