This course challenges students to explore and network within the community to gain an understanding of how to seek supports, investigate possibilities, consult, and advocate for the individual and family. Students will be expected to demonstrate knowledge translation, leadership and facilitation skills with other team members throughout the responsive inclusive planning process. Students will explore group facilitation skills and the importance of group dynamics in advocacy and decision making for individuals with diverse abilities and their families.
