The key aspects of a disability management program are presented including the selection and coordination of claims, needs assessments, return to work planning and implementation, external professional assessments, and program evaluation. Students explore their professional and ethical responsibilities and how these intersect with the perspectives of stakeholders in disability management (i.e. workers, unions, employers, insurers).
