40th Anniversary of First College Ambulance Course

by Erin Gray

May 2013 marks the 40th anniversary of Ontario's first graduating class of ambulance attendants from an Ontario community college. Humber was the first community College in Ontario to offer training for Emergency Medical Attendents/Paramedics.

Download a poster created by Bruce Newton, one of the graduates from that first class. Have a look, it’s a great piece of history both for Humber College and for the Paramedic profession! Thank you Bruce!
