What is CICE?
The Community Integration through Co-operative Education (CICE) Program in the School of Health Sciences, Humber College, is designed to give students with developmental disabilities the opportunity to participate in college-adapted programs and activities.
This program will give you the chance to experience college.
What can CICE students expect?
The emphasis in CICE is the college experience. Students work on academic skills, life skills and job skills. CICE is a four-semester program (two years beginning in September). Upon successful completion of four semesters, students will graduate with a Certificate of Participation in the CICE Program and will receive a Summary of Progress Report outlining their achievements over the two years.
